| PINLESS PIN WHEEL Materials Needed Paper Scissors Pencil (Unsharpened) Pipe Cleaner Craft Glue Instructions Take half a sheet of paper. With the paper facing you lengthwise, pull the right upper corner over to the side lining the edges up and push the fold down creating a right-triangle. Cut off the excess paper at the bottom (rectangle shaped). Open up the triangle paper and you should have a square. Fold the square the opposite direction to form a triangle again with a new crease. Open it up and you should have two creases. With scissors, cut along the 4 creases until you get about 1 inch from the center. Place craft glue in the center. Grab a corner and place it in the middle. Do the same with every other corner. Now, there should be four corners glued to the middle. Hold the corners in the middle with your fingers for a couple of minutes until the glue holds. Carefully punch a hole in the center of the paper using a hole punch. Be sure not to tear any of the paper when doing this. Take a 6 inch pipe cleaner of any color and curl in around a pencil twice. Pull it off the pencil and poke the other end through the front of the pin wheel. Wrap the straight end around the very top of the pencil until there is about 1/2 inch between the pencil and the front curled pipe cleaner. |
