| SCARF BOOKMARK Materials Needed Felt Marker Scissors Instructions Cut a 1 X 12 inch strip of felt. It is easiest to cut a one inch wide strip down the long length of a felt sheet. On each end of the strip, cut 1/2 inch slits into the felt about 1/8 inch apart. This is for the fringe look on the scarf. With a marker, draw lines widthwise on the felt.
